1. Return Eligibility
T-shirts may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Personalized or custom-printed T-shirts are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
2. Return Process
To request a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect T-shirt, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed T-shirts, gift cards, and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
